"One shots" are limited release zines that are not available for reprint. They are created in limited supply, with a specific edition number, usually for special events or as part of an art-related call.

SUSHI: WRAPPED IN RICE
Release date: 2007

     Sushi: Wrapped in Rice was created for a zine swap online. There were ten (10) copies made total; 7 swapped, one kept, two gifted. Each copy featured a koi coloring page (designed by Ana Maria Seaton), sushi menu, a set of chopsticksin their sleeve (extensive Chinese food consumption rquired), a handmade "sushi-holic" magnet, articles on sushi bar etiquette, a history of sushi, a quick reference guide to useful Japanese phrases, and a sushi rice recipe for readers to play with. Each copy also included a handmade, limited edition sushi ATC unique to the zine and not available anywhere else. A larger, more in-depth version of this zine is being considered for future planning by popular request.
